1. 서비스
Bakingbeam(이하 "앱")은 Oddlab이 제공하는 앱으로, 이미지와 글씨를 모아 케이크·쿠키 도안을 만들고 외부 화면이나 프로젝터로 비춰 볼 수 있게 합니다. 앱은 회원가입 없이 쓸 수 있습니다.
2. 프로젝터와 연결 장비
앱 자체는 빛을 내지 않습니다. 도안을 비추려면 별도 프로젝터와 연결 장비가 필요하며, 연결 방식과 외부 화면 지원은 휴대폰·프로젝터에 따라 다릅니다. 회사는 특정 장비와의 호환을 보장하지 않습니다.
3. 이용자가 넣은 이미지와 글씨
앱에 불러온 사진·그림과 입력한 글씨의 권리와 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다. 다른 사람의 저작물·캐릭터·상표를 쓸 때는 필요한 권리가 있는지 이용자가 확인해야 합니다. 도안은 기기 안에만 저장되며, 회사는 그 내용을 보거나 보관하지 않습니다. 앱을 지우면 도안도 사라지니 필요하면 직접 따로 보관해 주세요.
4. 장식 결과
앱은 도안 준비와 따라 그리기를 돕는 도구입니다. 실제 장식의 결과, 재료와 식품의 안전·위생은 이용자의 책임입니다.
5. 앱의 권리
앱의 디자인·코드·문구는 Oddlab에 권리가 있습니다. 앱에 들어 있는 글꼴은 각 글꼴의 라이선스(SIL Open Font License)를 따릅니다.
6. 서비스 변경과 중단
회사는 앱의 기능을 바꾸거나 제공을 멈출 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경은 앱 또는 이 페이지에 미리 알립니다.
7. 책임의 한계
회사는 고의나 중대한 과실이 없는 한 앱 이용으로 생긴 손해에 책임지지 않습니다. 단, 관련 법령이 이를 허용하지 않는 경우에는 그 법령을 따릅니다.

이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다.

1. The service
Bakingbeam (the "App") is an app by Oddlab for combining images and lettering into cake and cookie designs and showing them on an external display or projector. No account is needed.
2. Projectors and connection equipment
The App itself does not emit light. Projecting a design requires a separate projector and connection equipment, and connection methods and external display support vary by phone and projector. We do not guarantee compatibility with any particular device.
3. Your images and lettering
You are responsible for the photos, drawings and text you add to the App. If you use someone else's artwork, characters or trademarks, make sure you have the rights you need. Designs are stored only on your device; we do not see or keep them. Deleting the App deletes your designs, so keep your own copies if you need them.
4. Decorating results
The App is a tool that helps you prepare and trace designs. You are responsible for the decorating results and for the safety and hygiene of your ingredients and food.
5. Our rights
The App's design, code and text belong to Oddlab. Fonts included in the App are used under their own licenses (SIL Open Font License).
6. Changes
We may change or discontinue features of the App. We will announce significant changes in the App or on this page in advance.
7. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Oddlab is not liable for damages arising from use of the App except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights in your country.

Bakingbeam（以下「本アプリ」）はOddlabが提供するアプリで、画像と文字を組み合わせてケーキやクッキーの図案を作り、外部画面やプロジェクターに映せるようにします。会員登録は不要です。
2. プロジェクターと接続機器
本アプリ自体は光を出しません。図案を映すには別途プロジェクターと接続機器が必要で、接続方法や外部画面出力への対応はスマートフォンとプロジェクターによって異なります。当社は特定の機器との互換性を保証しません。
3. 利用者が追加した画像と文字
本アプリに読み込んだ写真・イラストや入力した文字の権利と責任は利用者にあります。他人の著作物・キャラクター・商標を使う場合は、必要な権利があるかご自身で確認してください。図案は端末内にだけ保存され、当社が内容を見たり保管したりすることはありません。本アプリを削除すると図案も消えるため、必要な場合はご自身で保存してください。
4. デコレーションの結果
本アプリは図案の準備となぞり描きを助ける道具です。実際のデコレーションの結果、材料と食品の安全・衛生は利用者の責任です。
5. 当社の権利
本アプリのデザイン・コード・文章の権利はOddlabに帰属します。本アプリに含まれるフォントは、それぞれのライセンス（SIL Open Font License）に従います。
6. 変更と中止
当社は本アプリの機能を変更または提供を中止することがあります。重要な変更は本アプリまたはこのページで事前にお知らせします。
7. 免責
法令で認められる範囲で、当社は故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、本アプリの利用により生じた損害について責任を負いません。
8. 準拠法
本規約は大韓民国法に準拠します。ただし、お住まいの国の消費者保護法上の権利を制限するものではありません。
